⭐️ Terms of service

- Please confirm your slot and complete full payment within 48 hours, or your reservation will be canceled.
- Queue order is based on payment order. The artist will keep you updated on your queue.
- Late payments may result in work suspension or delayed file delivery until full payment is received.
- Revisions or brief changes not caused by the artist's mistakes start at ฿10 per revision, depending on complexity.✦ Artwork Usage Terms- Standard prices cover personal use only.
- Commercial use must be declared in advance and costs 2× the original price.
- Unauthorized commercial use that the client refuses to acknowledge may result in a penalty of 5× the original price.
- Reselling, modifying for resale, or claiming the artwork as your own is prohibited, except for adoptable designs.
- Using the artwork for AI training or AI-generated content is strictly prohibited.
- Please credit Cr. OKITAO or the owner's name when posting the artwork.
- The artist may display the artwork in their portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.✦ Installment & Refund Policy- Installment payments must follow the agreed schedule.
- Refunds are not automatic if you change your mind or cancel during the installment period.
- Refunds may be considered if:
- The artist cannot continue the work.
- The artist misses the deadline without a reasonable explanation.
- The artist fails to start the work or becomes unresponsive.
- The artwork does not match the agreed brief and cannot be fixed.
- If both parties agree to cancel, refunds will be considered based on the unfinished work and actual expenses.
- Delays caused by brief changes, late approvals, or late payments may extend the delivery deadline.By booking a slot or making a payment, you confirm that you've read and agreed to these terms.

- Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the files with others without permission is prohibited.
- Please inform the artist before modifying, editing, or further separating the model files.
- Using the artwork for AI training or claiming it as your own work is strictly prohibited.
- Please credit the artist when publishing the work, unless otherwise agreed.
